An important Art Deco platinum diamond brooch, circa 1920
Of geometric openwork design characteristic of the Art Deco period, pavé-set throughout with brilliant and single-cut diamonds, accented by rows of channel-set baguette-cut diamonds, centering a circular old-cut diamond weighing approximately 3.00 carats, of I–J colour and SI clarity. The remaining diamonds are estimated to weigh a total of approximately 8.00 carats; mounted in platinum.
